Opem Sistemi can provide original spare parts and grant an efficient technical assistance.
Service and start up
After the supply, Opem Sistemi, in collaboration with the technical and production offices of the Shipyards, carefully follows all the installation phases of its systems and then enters directly in the field for start-up and testing.
Service
The technical assistance service, thanks also to the various bases located in strategic areas, guarantees customers an effective and fast support for repairs and for ordinary/extraordinary maintenance.
Mechanical components
The main mechanical components are produced with numerically controlled precision machinery at our production plant; they are then assembled and tested on the test benches.
The electronic parts are selected “off the shelf” by qualified suppliers in order to guarantee maximum availability all over the world.
Spare parts
If necessary, spare parts can be specifically produced to meet particular needs. Opem Sistemi has a large warehouse where there are hundreds of items ready to be shipped.
